Refund policy

This policy describes the conditions under which you may return an item and obtain a refund. It applies to any purchase made on the Site, whether you reside in France or in another European Union member state.

Legal Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

However, this right does not apply to certain items, as detailed below.

 

Non-returnable Items — Personalized Products

Please note: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As part of the ACOLYT kit, the personalized blanket is made specifically for each order and cannot be resold.

For this reason, any kit containing a personalized item is considered a made-to-order product and is therefore not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity. 

Defective Product or Incorrect Order

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at: contact@acolyt.world

Please include in your message:
— Your order number
— A clear description of the issue
— Photos of the item and its packaging

We will cover return shipping costs in this case and will offer, subject to availability, a replacement or a full refund.

This provision applies independently of the right of withdrawal and is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

 

Refunds

Refunds apply only to eligible returns, in accordance with the conditions outlined above.

 

Exchanges

As the Product is sold as a limited edition subject to available stock, we are unable to guarantee the availability of a replacement item for an exchange.

If you would like an exchange, we invite you to return your item in accordance with the procedure described in section 1, then place a new order if the product is still available.
