By placing an order on www.acolyt.world, the Customer declares having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. This acceptance is confirmed by checking the box provided for this purpose at checkout.

 

Definitions

"Customer": any adult individual placing an order on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. 
"Product": the complete kit consisting of 4 dog articles offered for sale on the Site. "Order": any purchase validated and paid for by the Customer on the Site. "Site": www.acolyt.world

 

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of the Product offered on the Site. The Product is offered as a limited edition, subject to available stock, with no guarantee of restocking. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over any other document from the Customer.

 

Product Description

The Product is a kit consisting of 4 items from third-party brands, selected and assembled by the Seller. The descriptions, photographs and visuals presented on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations in shade or finish may exist without engaging the Seller's liability, provided they do not alter the essential characteristics of the Product. Each item in the kit is subject to the regulations applicable to its category (textile, topical care, food supplement). Specific regulatory information for each item is available on the product page.

 

Order Process

Orders are placed as follows : selection of the Product and addition to cart, entry of delivery information, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (mandatory checkbox), secure payment and order confirmation by email

The Order is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation email sent by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an unresolved prior dispute, proven fraudulent behavior, or obvious anomaly. In accordance with Article L.134-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller archives orders exceeding €120 and makes them accessible to the Customer for 10 years upon request.

 

Availability and Stock

The Product is available until stocks run out. Availability information is updated in real time. In the event of unavailability following order validation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within 14 days of such notification.

 

Pricing

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is that displayed at the time the Order is validated by the Customer. Delivery charges, if applicable, are indicated separately before final order confirmation.

 

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is processed via a secure payment solution. The Customer's banking details are never stored by the Site; they are processed exclusively by the payment service provider. In the event of payment authorization refusal by banking institutions, the Order is automatically cancelled and the Customer is notified.

 

Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer within an estimated timeframe of 15 to 20 business days from Order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative. Should it be exceeded by more than 7 business days without justification, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or for incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. In the event of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur any penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision before the deadline expires, by any means that allows the date to be confirmed. The Product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification: complete and unused, in its original packaging or equivalent, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided

Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. A full refund of the amount paid (excluding return costs) will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Please note: unsealed food supplements and opened topical care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If the kit has been opened and these items used, the right of withdrawal may only apply to unsealed items.

 

Legal Guarantees

The Seller is bound by the following legal guarantees:
— Guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the Product.
— Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): the Customer may act within 2 years of discovering the defect.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered by the third-party brands included in the kit.

 

Liability

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
— improper use of the Product not in accordance with the instructions provided
— indirect damages (loss of opportunity, commercial loss, etc.)
— inaccuracies in information provided by third-party brands
— force majeure events within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code

The Seller cannot be held liable for an individual animal's reaction to the items in the kit. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the products with their animal's health condition.

 

Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos and trade names of the items included in the kit remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Site does not constitute authorization to use them for any other purpose. All content on the Site (texts, visuals, structure) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

 

Personal Data

Data collected during the order process is used solely for its processing and follow-up. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data. Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may freely use a consumer mediation service for the amicable resolution of any dispute. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably or through mediation, French courts shall have jurisdiction. For Customers residing in another European Union member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
