All orders placed on the website are prepared and shipped with care. Complimentary delivery is offered across all our shipping zones.
Shipping areas and delivery times
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, and the rest of the European Union within an estimated timeframe of 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
We also deliver to Switzerland within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 7 business days.
As Switzerland is not part of the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon delivery by Swiss authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.). They do not constitute a contractual commitment on our part with regard to the carrier.
Processing and shipping
Edition No.1 is available for pre-order. By placing an order, you agree that the preparation and shipment of your kit may take place within 2 to 3 weeks from payment confirmation.
Each kit includes a hand-embroidered personalized cover. This customization is carefully crafted and requires 4 to 10 business days, included within the overall timeframe mentioned above.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Important information
No changes to orders (address, product, shipping method) can be made after payment confirmation, please ensure all details are correct before completing your order, especially the name to be embroidered on the cover.
Deliveries may occur at any time during the day, between 8am and 6pm, without a guaranteed time slot.
In the event of force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, disruptions), delays or temporary suspensions may occur. ACOLYT cannot be held responsible for loss or theft resulting from specific delivery instructions provided by the customer (e.g. “leave at the door”).
Delivery issues and claims
Missing parcel
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your shipping confirmation email and tracking number, then inquire with neighbors or your nearest pickup point.
If the issue persists, contact us at contact@acolyt.world , we will initiate an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or note written reservations with the carrier upon receipt. Take photos of the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@acolyt.world.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address before confirming your order, as well as the spelling of the name to be embroidered.
In the event of an error resulting in a return or incorrect personalization, any additional costs will be at your expense.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at contact@acolyt.world, we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
